The Neo-Classical Revival was a movement that swept through the United States between the 1890s and the 1950s. Additional 'revivals' of various earlier styles continued into the 2000s. The Georgian Revival style was noted for its pedimented gables and cornices decorated with dentil work and modillions. The Georgian Revival was an attempt to revive the classic Georgian style.
The current Post Office building in Everett Borough is an example of this style.
